YBC · Strategy and design
History keeps very few names. We work for the ones it will.
Below, a world not yet made. Above, the heavens every great house has looked to. What follows is that world being built, one decision at a time, for the few who choose to build it with us.
I · Strategy
Every world begins as a single line. Yours is drawn first.
Before the first stone, the first decision: what the house will stand for, and what it will never be. It is drawn once, in the sand, and everything that rises must honour it.
II · Design
And from the line, a form rises.
Strategy, design and the hand that holds them, bound so that none can stand without the others. The name, the mark, the place, the presence: all of one bearing, wherever the house is met.
III · Practice
Made by one hand, from the first line to the last.
No one waits in the wings. Those who draw the plan lay the final stone.

IV · Threshold
Every great house reaches a gate. Few pass through it unchanged.
A succession. A new territory. A name that has outgrown the hands that first shaped it. We walk through that gate beside you, and we know what to leave behind.
V · Approach
The chronicle is written in five chapters.
None are skipped. None are hurried. Each one earns the next.
- 01UnderstandingThe truth of where the house stands.
- 02DefinitionThe line, written and agreed.
- 03ExpressionForm, held to the line.
- 04RealisationThe whole, by the same hands.
- 05StewardshipKept true, long after the unveiling.
VI · Perspectives
Where the line was drawn, a garden now grows.
We plant what we may never sit beneath. The houses we serve remain with us for years, and what we make keeps growing long after it is unveiled.
- ISay it once, and be believed.
- IIMake nothing that will need defending.
- IIIChoose your company as carefully as your heirs.
VII · Questions
The world is wide. These are asked first.
Do you prepare speculative work?
Never. Work made before we understand the house is a guess, and guesses are costly to undo. We begin with a conversation.
Who will we work with?
The people you meet in the first conversation, from the first decision to the last detail. No one is handed on.
Whom do you work for?
Houses whose name is worth protecting: developers, hoteliers, hospitals, consumer houses, families and founders. Often they have outgrown the agency that served them first.
How long does a commission take?
A strategy takes weeks; a complete identity, months. The timeline is agreed before anything begins, and it is kept.
How is a commission priced?
Once we understand what is needed. The quote always comes before the work.
What follows the unveiling?
Most houses keep us. They change hands, enter new territories and grow, and the name should stay true through all of it.
